Values Voters Forum was established to support pro-family, traditional values organizations and their leaders as they continue to network together to educate Values Voters on issues and positions which affect the culture and to prepare for upcoming state and national elections.

"Let divines and philosophers, statesmen and patriots, unite their endeavors to renovate the age, by impressing the minds of men with the importance of educating their little boys and girls, of inculcating in the minds of youth the fear and love of the Deity and universal philanthropy, and , in subordination to these great principles, the love of their country; of instructing them in the art of self-government without which they never can act a wise part in the government of societies, great or small; in short, of leading them in the study and practice of the exalted virtues of the Christian system." - Samuel Adams, October 4, 1790, in a letter to his cousin John Adams, then Vice-President of the United States.

"History fails to record a single precedent in which nations subject to moral decay have not passed into political and economic decline." - General Douglas MacArthur

"The propitious smiles of Heaven, can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right, which Heaven itself has ordained." - George Washington, First Inaugural Address, April 30, 1789

Will the REAL conservative candidate please stand up?
This past Wednesday Rush Limbaugh made a comment on his show that caught my attention. He said there are three main factions of conservatives—fiscal conservatives who largely favor Mitt Romney, social conservatives who lean toward Mike Huckabee and national security conservatives who seem to be supporting John McCain.

GAP Travels to University of Toledo (UT)
Columbus, Ohio – July 19, 2007 – On April 18-19, CBR Midwest displayed abortion images as part of the Northwest Ohio GAP tour. This is our first visit to UT. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by frothing at the mouth pro-aborts that were incensed that we were granted permission to display abortion on the campus. When asked who gave us permission to set up GAP our standard answer is James Madison—the writer of the US Constitution! Fred Cooper, President of College Republicans, said this about the impact of GAP at UT:

Abortion Ban legislation re-introduced in Ohio
Columbus, Ohio – July 13, 2007 – Rep. Tom Brinkman has re-introduced the Ohio Abortion Ban Bill (now HB 284). While in the Ohio state legislature Brinkman has championed the attempt to protect the children again in Ohio for several years. The state right to life chapter had a different take on the legislation. A spokesperson for National Right to Life’s Ohio Chapter said, “It has become next to impossible to outlaw abortion. With the governor that we have, I don't think there is any possibility of getting a ban passed."
